What is a Postpartum Doula


     A Postpartum Doula is a non-medical assistant that supports families with                                            newborn and postpartum care.

A Postpartum Doula works with each family individually to find out their particular need

 

Some of the postpartum services that a doula will include

  • Breastfeeding Support 
  • Help with emotional and physical recovery
  • Light housekeeping so the new family does not feel overwhelmed
  • Running errands
  • Assistance with newborn care - feeding, diapering, bathing, comforting
  • Meal preparation
  • Baby soothing techniques 
  • Sibling Care
  • Referrals to local resources such as but not limited to parenting classes, pediatricians,lactation support, parenting support groups

 

 

Postpartum Doula Service Fee

 $18 - $20 hr

We offer both daily rates and package rates 

 


What is a Night Nanny


          A Night Nanny/ Newborn Care Specialist is a non medical assistant                       that provides support to new families in the evening hours and                                                                 throughout the night.

               A Night Nanny cover all the care of the newborn including diapering, soothing, and feeding

            allowing the new family time to get adequate rest in the first weeks or months following birth.              

 

 

                                                Night Nanny Services Hours and Fee 

                                                  Shifts Start between 8pm - 10pm

                                                    Shifts End Between 6am - 8am

                                                      Services Fee is $25 - $30 Hr

 

                                         We offer both daily rates and package rates
